SeaQuest 2020

2300 o'clock 

The expedition of a sea urchin is not unlike the sea falling and the sky going up out to space. 20,000 leagues of water weighing down upon it as it climbs the sea’s floor. The unattainable sky, however, is my playground and so is the sea.



Starting the morning of New Year’s Eve I was in a bee. Black and Yellow. Black and Yellow. The PHI Sikorsky S-92 cruises at 151 knts. and did so into that clouds where I got a 20 grand view of Grand Isle. Each flight costs about that much to charter. Jet A-1 fuel isn’t cheap. “Si KO sky,” said renewables for flight as of now. Thanks thermodynamics! Sorry sea urchins.



The first day at the King Ranch, which is what we call our lab unit was nothing short of a ranch introduction. People from Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, Texas, and Louisiana make up the herd of scientists. A laser mass spec expert is who we are training and working with on this Shell contract of all people. Love thy neighbor. In fact, love everyone.  

We are unlatched now from the previous well which was like watching the new Star Wars movie where Rey has to go attain the Sith world key crystal. The ROV and its little hand like Scary Movie. Its always geology, except for the cuttlefish that whizzed by. Next stop the Campeche salt domes. Right now we are in the Mississippi Canyon being orbited by our supply ships. Yup, da river got dat.. It really does appear like Moab underwater.



As for the Deepwater Thalassa(Θάλασσα) and I, the Greek goddess of the sea, its time to for us to sleep.

Now where are the aliens at? Good luck finding them in space. Their in the oceans with us. I expect the 95% unexplored Bathymetry Ghosts to be somewhere close to the Yucatan’s Chixalub crater which would be an Earth shattering discovery. 

This is See Quest 2020. 6-8 months on this expedition yet to go!

Weeks 9 & 10

A tide swells back exposing lost land building a great wall that cannot be stopped. I came to wake up the sun from the depths of a thousand seas. I found her at the end of the world. In my left hand I held the promulgation of a ghost and in my right the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Grasped hand in hand with that ghost that shines from my emberous fingers we danced. For every human life begins in a zinc spark and so too will the world’s life come closed. Only her’s which is that of the kingdom of heaven, children of the one true son, will be regurgitated out unto the stars caught up and unexinguished from the tidal wave to come. We got that.

Orchestrated Re-entry

7:33pm January 1st, the year of our Lord 2021 From January to January, through the smoke, those arduous clouds of uncertainty remained certain of my re-entry  to land upon this place  for these globetrotting feet. With the conclusion of 2020 comes the ending of this Seaquest 2020. My departure on December 30th, 2019 and our voyage on the Thalassa to Mexico beginning January 3rd was cut short as mentioned in my last update. I now reside in the Ensco 8505, Green Canyon, Block 385, Gulf of Mexico, Earth, Solar System, Oort Cloud, Local Fluff, Local Bubble, Orion Arm( under man's discretion most recently determined to be 25,800 light years from the center of the galaxy ), Milky Way Galaxy, Local Group, Virgo, Supercluster, Laniakea Supercluster, Universe and under a GeoloG flag this time showing the lost the path to redemption.
